BRINGING THE FAMILY TOGETHER
Facebook for Business brought Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Messenger into one clear ecosystem. We created a single destination that showed how each platform could support different stages of a business journey. From finding customers to building lasting relationships. All wrapped in an editorial experience built to inspire and guide.




FROM INSPIRATION TO ACTION
The marketing side of the site paired storytelling with utility. Businesses could browse success stories, explore tools, and take immediate next steps through guided objectives like “Build your presence” or “Connect with customers.” Each module was designed to move users seamlessly from learning to doing.




PERSONALIZATION THROUGH ONBOARDING
Once users created an account, the experience became tailored and goal-driven. An onboarding flow identified their business type, size, and priorities, instantly shaping a plan of action. This set the foundation for a logged-in dashboard built around meaningful progress.

A DASHBOARD THAT WORKS FOR YOU
The logged-in experience transformed the site into a true management tool. Business owners could track goals, review performance across platforms, save content, and access live learning events — all in one place. A streamlined interface surfaced daily insights, milestones, and next steps to keep momentum high.


A SYSTEM THAT SCALES
Underneath it all, we built a flexible design system that unified marketing and product. Shared components, motion principles, and a consistent visual language allowed the platform to scale easily — supporting millions of small businesses as they grew across the Facebook family of apps.
